Collaboration

Collaboration is the
mother of success

We are at our best if we combine strengths and challenge our thoughts. Like a creative ecosystem. It empowers us in choosing the right direction. That’s our core. Our vision. Openminded co-creation. Our clients included. Each step of the way is a we-thing.

Tracks to crack the puzzle

We work in a swift process: the double diamond. With structured steps that we call ‘Tracks’. They form the puzzle pieces to create the whole. The project defines which Tracks are to be developed and we agree together how to crack them.

Non profit

Money has meaning, sure. But not just for ourselves. We want to use it as much as we can to make BIG impact. So, to make sure that we stay on this track we organized our collective in a foundation. We are realistic, wish us to be financially sound and purposefully non-profit.

Get your facts right

Making impact is not your regular easy-peasy creative project. This is all about smart design. Making waves and changing habits. And if you want to know how effective our design must be, you need to know stuff. The Impacters love facts and are keen to stay up-to-date with information.

This is what we do to stay smart.

  • Our collective is build on devotion, craftsmanship and knowledge of creating impact. Everyone in his or her own speciality.
  • We cherish and grow our Impacters library with books. Yes, books!
  • We buy relevant data on creating impact.
  • We participate in relevant trainings. 
  • We debate within our collective on Impact topics. To keep sharp and fresh.
  • Each year we sponsor two design students on impact related traineeship.
  • We explore daily the online communities for the latest news and data.
  • We share our projects with facts on the how, the what and results.
