MaGie Creations is a specialist in upcycling beer grain. During the beer brewing process, sugars are removed from the grain for alcohol production and fermentation. What remains is brewer spent grain, without sugars but still full of proteins, fibers and amino acids. Normally, this gigantic residual flow disappears as animal feed. But if thanks to MaGie Creations, not anymore! A power flour is produced from the beer grain that has great characteristics for e.g. bread, snacks, meat substitutes or pastries.
